摘　　要：目的观察3日短程排石方案排出不同位置肾结石的临床疗效。方法采用3日短程排石方案治疗肾下盏结石189例,肾中盏结石152例,肾上盏结石147例。3日观察临床疗效。结果 189例肾下盏结石患者结石完全排出68例(36.0%),152例肾中盏结石患者结石完全排出52例(34.2%),147例肾上盏结石患者结石完全排出53例(36.1%)。3组结石完全排出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾结石位置对3日短程排石方案临床疗效无显著影响。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese herbs within 3 days on patients with renal calculi in different sites.Methods Total 488 cases of renal calculi in different sites were treated with Chinese herbs within 3 days：189 cases of lower-pole calculi,152 cases of middle-pole calculi and 147 cases of upper-pole calculi.Results Among 189 cases of lower-pole calculi,calculi was removed from 68 cases（36.0%）;among 152 cases of middle-pole calculi,calculi was removed from 52 cases（34.2%）;among 147 cases of upper-pole calculi,calculi was removed from 53 cases（36.1%）.There was no difference in the stone removal between the three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The herbal three-day stone-removing regimen has similar results in the treatment of different sites of renal calculi.
