尿畅舒胶囊对绝经后女性膀胱过度活动症尿动力学影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察尿畅舒胶囊对绝经后女性膀胱过度活动症患者膀胱充盈期尿流动力学指标的影响。方法采用随机对照的方法,选取膀胱过度活动症患者36例,分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(12例),分别给予尿畅舒胶囊、舍尼亭片治疗8周,观察治疗前后各组患者膀胱容量、膀胱顺应性、膀胱感觉等膀胱充盈期尿流动力学指标的变化。结果治疗组及对照组患者最大膀胱容量、初始尿意容量、膀胱顺应性、膀胱敏感性等膀胱充盈期尿流动力学指标较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各项指标与对照组同期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿畅舒胶囊能有效增加女性膀胱过度活动症患者膀胱容量,提高膀胱顺应性,降低患者膀胱敏感性,其疗效与舍尼亭相仿。Objective To investigate the effects of ＂Niao Changshu Capsule＂ on overactive bladder（OAB） in post-menopausal women.Methods A total of 36 patients with OAB syndrome were randomly assigned into two groups： treatment group in which 24 patients were treated with ＂Niao Changshu Capsule＂ and control group in which 12 patients were treated with tolterodine.All the patients were treated for 8 weeks.Changes of the urodynamic indexes in bladder filling period（the capacity of bladder,the compliance of bladder and the sensitivity of bladder） and urodynamics were determined,and beneficial subjective feeling and onset time were observed.Results The urodynamic indexes and urinating condition indexes in both groups improved compared with those before treatment（P0.05）,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The comparison between groups in numbers of cases with beneficial feeling and onset time had no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Niao Changshu Capsule＂ is effective for increasing cystic capacity and compliance and stepping down sensitivity of bladder in post-menopausal women,with similar effect to tolterodine.
