自然高温对15个籼稻杂交组合稻米品质的影响

摘　　要：将15个籼稻杂交组合分3个地区种植,分析了不同自然高温对其稻米品质的影响。结果表明,15个籼稻杂交组合的稻米碾磨品质、外观品质、直连淀粉含量及胶稠度受自然高温的影响较大。从总体上看,自然高温导致杂交籼稻品质下降。Fifteen indica rice combinations were planted in three different areas with different natural high temperatures,and the quality of the rice grains were analyzed.The results indicated that rice milling,appearance,amylose content and gel consistency were all influenced largely by natural high temperature.In general,natural high temperature could reduce rice quality.
