摘　　要：利用Monte Carlo方法研究了基于Heisenberg模型的非晶磁性材料的磁相变.考虑到系统的非晶结构,采用Monte Carlo随机发生器使交换耦合常数J和配位数Z具有一定的涨落,遵从一定的概率分布.模拟结果表明,交换耦合和配位数的涨落对系统的相变起重要的影响作用.系统的相变温度与平均交换耦合常数及平均配位数成正比,且随着它们的涨落的增大而变小.Monte Carlo simulation studies are performed to examine the magnetic phase diagrams of a amorphous system modeled with a Heisenberg Hamiltonian.By use of Monte Carlo random generator,the exchange interaction J and the coordination Z gain a certain probability distribution.It is found that the influence of structure and interaction fluctuations on may severely affect the phase diagrams.The critical temperature Tc is nearly proportional to the mean coordination and the mean interaction Jm,and decrease with the increase of their fluctuations.
