射干麻黄地龙颗粒治疗鸡呼吸型传染性支气管炎效果观察

摘　　要：为研究射干麻黄地龙颗粒治疗产蛋鸡呼吸型鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)的效果,试验从4 260只感染鸡群中,随机抽取其中270只,分为试验组、药物对照组和空白对照3组;观察射干麻黄地龙颗粒对患病鸡群死亡率、产蛋率以及破软蛋率等指标的影响。结果表明,试验组死亡率分别比药物对照组和空白对照组降低4.45和7.78个百分点(P<0.05);产蛋率分别提高6.80和6.90个百分点(P>0.05);破蛋率分别降低0.58和0.45个百分点(P>0.05)。表明射干麻黄地龙颗粒治疗呼吸型IB的效果优于药物对照组和空白对照组。In order to evaluate the efficacy of Shegan Mahuang Dilong Powder on avian infectious bronchitis,270 individuals were randomly selected from 4 260 infected chickens of infectious bronchitis virus and divided into 3 groups including test group,chemical drug group and control group.The performances included mortality,laying rate,rate of broken and soft eggs of the chickens were observed.The results showed that the mortality of the test group was lower than the control group and the chemical drugs group with 7.78 and 4.45 percent,respectively（P0.05）.The laying rate of the test group was increased by 6.90 and 6.80 percent than the other two groups（P0.05）,respectively.And the rate of broken eggs of the test group was decreased by 0.45 and 0.58 percent than the other two groups（P0.05）,respectively.It indicated that the Shegan Mahuang Dilong Powder could be used to treat the infectious bronchitis group and its efficacy was better than the chemical drug group and control group in the experiment.
