摘 要:试验比较了扁穗冰草在鲜贮和晾晒情况下,分别添加甲酸、蔗糖后其青贮饲料发酵品质的差异。采用随机选取区域刈割的方法对扁穗冰草原料进行取样,设置不同的处理组与对照组以比较其养分含量的不同。扁穗冰草青贮时,对原料进行晾晒,青贮饲料的pH值显著增加(P<0.05)。添加甲酸能够显著减少乙酸的生成(P<0.05);添加甲酸、蔗糖都能够显著降低扁穗冰草青贮饲料的pH值(P<0.05),提高乳酸的生成,极显著降低氨态氮的含量(P<0.01);同扁穗冰草原料相比,青贮后其硝酸盐的含量显著下降,而亚硝酸盐含量则有所增加。经晾晒处理,扁穗冰草青贮饲料的pH值升高,乳酸、氨态氮含量下降,硝酸盐含量显著降低。添加蔗糖或甲酸可改善扁穗冰草青贮饲料的发酵品质。The silage's fermentation quality of fresh and air-dried Agropyron cristatum were analyzed after adding formic acid or sucrose.The Agropyron cristatum were randomly selected and cut,and then divided into different treatment and control groups to compare the nutrient content.In the group of dried silage,the pH increased significantly(P0.05).Adding formic acid could reduce the formation of acetic acid(P0.05);adding formic acid and sucrose could significantly reduce the silage pH(P0.05),increase lactate formation,and significantly decrease ammonium N(P0.01).Compared with the fresh Agropyron cristatum,the nitrate content of the silage was significantly decreased,while the nitrite content was increased.After air-dried,the PH of silages were slightly increased,the lactate and ammonium N decreased,and the nitrate content significantly decreased.It showed that adding formic acid and sucrose could improve the fermentation quality of Agropyron cristatum silage.
