透刺对脑卒中后抑郁干预作用及对血浆皮质醇水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察透刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效及对血浆皮质醇水平的影响。方法将72例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。两组患者入院后均给予神经内科常规治疗和护理。治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以针刺治疗;对照组在常规治疗基础上给予口服氟西汀胶囊治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗后HAMD评分、MESSS评分及Barthel指数与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆皮质醇水平与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透刺可以有效扩大针刺刺激范围,能够改善脑卒中后抑郁患者抑郁状态,提高神经功能和生活能力。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of point-to-point acupuncture on post-stroke depression and its influence on plasma hydrocortisone levels.Methods Seventy-two patients with post-stroke depression were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,36 cases each.Both groups of patients were given neurological routine treatment and nursing.In addition,the treatment group received acupuncture and the control group took fluoxetine capsules.Results There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the HAMD,MESSS and Barthel Index scores between the treatment and control groups of patients（P0.01,P0.05）.There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in plasma hydrocortisone levels between the treatment and control groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Point-to-point acupuncture can effectively extend the range of needling stimulation,relieve the symptoms of post-stroke depression patients and improve neural functions and living activities.
