巨刺导引复合针法对中风偏瘫运动功能康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过与常规针法的比较,观察巨刺导引复合针法促进中风偏瘫运动功能康复的临床疗效。方法将132例中风偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组66例,治疗组采用巨刺导引复合针法,对照组采用常规针法,治疗1个疗程后对比疗效。结果两组患者治疗后简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均较治疗前提高,治疗组治疗前后简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分差值与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巨刺导引复合针法在治疗中风后瘫痪方面可有效促进瘫痪肢体的恢复进程,改善患肢运动功能。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of contralateral meridian needling-induced complex acupuncture with conventional acupuncture in restoring the motor function of hemiplegic stroke patients.Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,66 cases each.The treatment group received contralateral meridian needling-induced complex acupuncture and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were compared after one course of treatment.Results The Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale score increased in both groups of patients after treatment.There was a statistically significant difference in pre-/post-treatment Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale score difference between the treatment and control groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Contralateral meridian needling-induced complex acupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of the paralysed limb and improve motor function of the affected limb in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia.
