多层螺旋CT检查在心房颤动导管消融治疗中的应用

摘　　要：多层螺旋CT检查在显示心脏结构方面具有显著的优越性,目前被广泛用于心脏病的诊断、随访及相关研究。在心房颤动的导管消融治疗方面,现阶段多层螺旋CT检查的作用主要包括:清晰显示左心房/肺静脉的三维解剖结构;术前探查有无左心耳血栓;左心房与食管空间解剖关系的评估;随访期肺静脉狭窄的诊断;以及探讨心房颤动的机制等。Since multi-slice spiral computed tomography has distinctive merits in depicting heart structure,this cutting edge cardiac imaging technology has been widely used in the diagnosis,follow-up,and research of heart diseases.With regard to catheter ablation treatment for patients with atrial fibrillation（Af）,multi-slice spiral computed tomography also plays an important role in：（1） providing high resolution 3D images of the left atrium and pulmonary veins;（2） detecting the thrombus within the left atrial appendage before procedure;（3） detecting pulmonary vein stenosis during the follow-up period;（4） evaluating the spatial relationship between left atrium and esophagus;and（5） investigating the mechanisms of Af.This article reviews the current uses of multi-slice spiral computed tomography in detecting and treating Af.
