摘　　要：关于心肌内注射促血管新生物质治疗缺血性心脏疾病的研究早已开展,由于其属于介入性治疗手段,所以需要影像学技术支持引导导管进入心腔,并监控注射过程。目前使用的各种影像学方法都具有其优点,但又存在不足。现将就当前主要的影像学引导方法的研究现状做一综述。Intramyocardial injections have been researched and promoted for some time as a way to treat ischemic heart disease.Intramyocardial injection angiogenesis needs imaging technology to guide it through the chambers of the heart and to monitor the progress of the injection.The imaging methods used at present have their strong points but also have disadvantages.This article reviews the current imaging methods used to guide intramyocardial injections.
