摘　　要：与传统密炼机上辅机利用机械式螺旋输送机来提供原料的输送相比,此新型系统采用真空输送方式,加上新型配方计量方式,使该系统既节省空间又减少投资等等。同时,开发了生产制程即时监控系统,使管理方便、准确、高效。Compared to traditional upstream equipment of mixer,the new system uses vacuum to transport raw materials instead of mechanical screw feeder,coupled with a new method of formula measurement,to make the system save space,reducing investment and so on.Meanwhile,developed production process real-time monitoring system that allows easy,accurate and efficient management.
