摘　　要：按照供应链管理理论当中的客户需求管理方法,对火力发电厂客户需求特点进行了分析,提出了火力发电厂客户需求与设计方案策划的关系以及需求管理的方法,结合火力发电厂技术方案策划的特点以及客户在方案策划过程当中的作用,提出了基于客户需求管理的火力发电厂设计方案策划的原则及内容。Features of demand by clients for design of thermal power plant has been analysed with management method of client demand on the supply chain theory.The paper put forward the plan relation between client demand and design scheme as well as the demand management method.In consideration of features of thermal power plant design scheme and the role of client in process of design,a principle and content of thermal power plant design scheme plan is presented for satisfaction of client management demand.
