摘 要:通过密封剂浸泡在喷气燃料后的增重率,研究了不同三氟丙基含量的室温硫化氟硅密封剂在喷气燃料中溶胀的动力学行为;比较了三氟丙基含量、硫化体系、填料体系对密封剂耐喷气燃料性能的影响。结果表明,提高温度,能够加快喷气燃料向氟硅密封剂扩散的速率;喷气燃料向氟硅密封剂中扩散的行为符合阿累尼乌斯方程;基胶中三氟丙基含量显著影响喷气燃料向氟硅密封剂扩散的速率和吸油平衡值,当三氟丙基链节含量达到50%时,效果相对显著;引入方式共聚优于共混;氟硅密封剂的硫化体系、填料体系基本不影响耐油性能。The swelling behaviors of sealants with different γ-trifluropropyl methyl siloxy-unit contents were investigated by the weight increased rate after immerged into jet-fuel.The relationship between the jet-fuel resistant property and the structure of polyflurosiloxane,fillings,and curing ingredient was discussed.Result showed that raising the temperature could fasten the spreading rate of jet-fuel to the flurosilicone sealants,whose behavior was in accordance with Arrhenius equation.The jet-fuel resistant property of the sealants were greatly affected by the content of(γ-trifluropropyl methyl)siloxy-unit,especially when trifluoropropyl was 50%,and were merely affected by fillings,curing ingredient.
