摘  要:在Fe3O4磁流体的存在下,以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为聚合单体,使用分散聚合法制备了含有环氧基团的磁性高分子微球P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4,使用红外光谱(IR),X光散射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4的结构和颗粒形貌,利用磁学性质测量系统测定了其磁学性质.探讨了单体、磁流体、引发剂以及稳定剂用量对P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4粒径和形貌的影响.结果表明,所制备的P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4外形规整,粒径均匀且1~5μm可控,P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4具有超顺磁性,其饱和磁化强度可达16.4emu/g;随着单体中GMA含量增加,P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4的分散性变差,并随着St、磁流体和引发剂含量增加,P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4粒径变大,随着稳定剂用量的增加,P(St-GMA)/Fe3O4的粒径减小.Using styrene (St) and glucidylmethacrylate (GMA) as monomers, the experiment synthesized the magnetic polymer microspheres P (St GMA)/Fe3O4 with epoxy groups by dispersion polymerization in the presence of a magnetofluid, represented the structure and particle morphology of P (St GMA)/Fe3O4 by infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and measured the magnetic properties with magnetic properties measurement system. The paper analyzed the influence of the content of monomer, initiator, stabilizer and magnetofluid on the average size and morphology of P (St-GMA)/Fe3O4. The results show that P (St GMA)/Fe3O4 has regular shape, the grain diameter of which is even and controllable (1 5 μm), it also possesses superparamagnetic property, its saturation magnetization intensity ean reach 16.4 emu/g. Along with increase of GMA, the dispersity of P (St- GMA)/Fe3O4 becomes poor, the grain diameter of it increases with the increasing dosage of monomer, initiator and magnetofluid, and decreases as the dosage of stabilizer increases.
