摘　　要：采用吸附澄清－高速离心－微滤法制备菖蒲益智口服液，并与醇沉法和吸附澄清法工艺进行了比较。结果表明，吸附澄清－高速离心－微滤法工艺能够提高制剂的有效成分含量，实现连续化生产，具有简化工艺，缩短生产周期，提高制剂稳定性的优点。The preparation of 'Changpuyizhi Oral Liquid ,a traditional Chinese prescription contain- ing acorus calamus and Alpinia oxyphylla by a sequential adsorption-clarification-ultuacentuifugation-miacrofil-tration process was studied in comparison with the alcohol-precipitation and adsorption clarification process Results of the study showed that the sequential process gave a product with better stability and lower cost be sides a shorter production cycle
