荷包缝合+聚髌器及改良AO张力带治疗髌骨骨折方法选择与疗效比较(附63例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨荷包缝合+聚髌器与改良AO张力带治疗髌骨骨折的最佳适应证。方法荷包缝合+聚髌器治疗33例,改良AO张力带治疗30例,比较两种方法治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效、住院费用及各自的优缺点。结果观察63例患者,其中最短随访6个月,最长3年,改良AO张力带法与荷包缝合+聚髌器方法无显著性差异;住院费用,改良AO张力带法明显少于荷包缝合+聚髌器法,差异有显著性。结论对于横型或较大块髌骨骨折,改良AO张力带法有效、可靠、经济,严重粉碎性骨折,荷包缝合+聚髌器更为适宜。Objective To evaluate the best indication of purse-string suture ＋ patellar concentrator and improved AO-tension-band. Methods 33 cases were treated with purse-string suture ＋ patellar concentrator,30 cases with improved AO-tension-band, compared two methods of clinical efficacy, hospital costs and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Results 63 cases of which the shortest followed up for 6 months, the longest follow-up 3 years, the improved Ao-tension-band and the purse-string suture＋patellar concentrator was no significant difference in hospital ; Costs, the improved Ao-tension-band and purse-string suture＋patellar concentrator was significantly less patellar method, was significantly different. Conclusion For transverse patellar fracture or a large block, the improved Ao-tension-band effective, reliable, economical serious fracture, purse-string suture＋patellar concentrator should be the most reliable
