多发性肋骨骨折应用肋骨接骨板治疗后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多发性肋骨骨折及其致胸部畸形应用肋骨接骨板治疗的疗效。方法对近两年笔者所在医院所救治的多发性肋骨骨折患者均实行切开复位予肋骨接骨板内固定手术治疗后,观察患者骨折愈合、呼吸功能等临床症状的改善及恢复。结果术后疼痛感减轻明显,胸片显示断端对位状况良好,且无明显并发症,缩短愈合时间明显。结论多发性肋骨骨折使用金属肋骨接骨板行开放复位内固定手术,操作简便且时间短,安全可靠,减少并发症的发生和促进骨折的愈合及改善呼吸功能等优点,是一种较为理想的疗法。objective To explore the multiple fractured ribs and its cause breast deformity application ribs cleidocranialdyspasia board treatment. Methods For nearly two years the institutes of curing the multiple fractured ribs patients are implementing a open reduction fixation ribs cleidocranialdyspasia board to surgical treatment, patients were observed after fracture healing, respiratory function of clinical symptoms improved and recovery. Results After operation, pain reduce significantly, by chest radiograph broken carries counterpoint good condition,with no obvious complications, shorten the healing time significantly. Conclusion Multiple fractured ribs use metal ribs cleidocranialdyspasia board line open open reduction and internal fixation operation, simple operation, and the time is short, safe and reliable, decrease complications and promote fracture healing and improve respiratory function etc, and is an ideal therapy.
