摘　　要：目的：探讨不同年龄段大鼠小肠肥大细胞结构变化与功能的关系。方法：应用透射电镜对出生１０ ｄ 至１年以上各组大鼠的小肠肥大细胞进行电镜观察。结果：１０～２０ ｄ 组：多为正在发育中的肥大细胞，生后３０ ｄ、８ 周和６ 个月组大致可分为形态不规则，表面有许多微绒毛，分泌颗粒大小不等的活化型和细胞呈圆形或卵圆形，表面光滑突起少，分泌颗粒较均匀，胞质内有大小不等的空泡出现的恢复期的肥大细胞。６ 个月和１年以上组还见到正在缓慢分泌和功能静止的肥大细胞。Objective:This study is to approach relationship between structure change and functions of mast cells in small intestinal mucosa of differentaged rats. Methods:Mast cells in small intestinal mucosa of rats aged from 10 days to one year up were observed under TEM. Results:Most of mast cells in rats of 10~20 days of age were developing ones those found in rats of 30 days, 8 weeks, and 6 monds of age could be divided into two types the mast cells were irregular in shape with many microvilli on the surface and secretory granules of different size in the cytoplasm were found which were activated typed cells; the mast cells were round or oval with few processes on the surface, secretory granules of same size and vacuoles of different size in the cytoplasm were found. Conclusion:There are significant differences in structure of mast cells in rats of different ages. Conclusion:There are significant differences in structure of mast cells in rats of different ages.
