摘  要:目的对来自10个省市的龙葵药材及其生长土壤中的16种无机元素(B、Si、V、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Mo、Sn、I)进行测定和分析。方法采用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,利用SPSS统计软件对测定结果进行相关分析。结果龙葵药材中的无机元素受土壤中的无机相关。结论为科学地开发利用野生植物龙葵资源提供理论依据,并可为龙葵药材的栽培提供依据。Objective To measure and analyze 16 kinds of inorganic elements(B,Si,V,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Mo,Sn,I) in Solanum nigrum and its growth soil from 10 provinces and cities.Methods ICP-MS,SPSS statistical software were used to analyze the determination results.Results Inorganic elements in Solanum nigrum were effected by that in the soil.8 kinds of elements(B,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Se,Sr,Sn) in the soil were positively correlated,in which Fe and Sr were significantly correlated.8 kinds of elements(Si,V,Cu,Zn,As,Rb,Mo,I) were negatively correlated,Si was significantly negatively correlated.Among the elements of self-contained there is some correlation,V,Fe,As,Se,Sr was a significant positive correlation,Co was significant positively correlated with Fe,As,Se,Sr,and negatively correlated with V.Conclusion Provide the basis for scientifically developing and utilizing wildlife resources of Solanum nigrum and its cultivation.
