羟基喜树碱对H22肝癌模型小鼠药效学的研究

摘　　要：目的考察羟基喜树碱(HCPT)对小鼠H22模型的抗肿瘤作用。方法以小鼠H22肝癌模型为实验观察对象。观察HCPT对肿瘤的抑制效果、化疗前后的体重、食物摄取量及生长状况,同时观察HCPT对H22肝癌模型小鼠肝肾功能的保护作用。结果阳性药对照组及HCPT高、中、低剂量化疗组对小鼠H22肝癌模型均有抑制作用(P<0.05),抑瘤率分别为66.12%、60.26%、50.16%、30.94%。HCPT化疗组与肿瘤对照组相比,小鼠的生活状态(体重、反应能力等)均有一定的改善。HCPT中剂量化疗组对小鼠的肝肾功能有一定的保护作用,而高剂量化疗组对小鼠的肝肾功能有不可逆的损伤。结论高、中、低剂量的HCPT对H22肝癌模型小鼠的肿瘤生长有不同程度的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effects of HCPT on the mice models of H22.Methods The mice models of H22 is the experimental observation of the object.Observing inhibitory effect of HCPT on the tumor,weight changes,growth status before and after chemotherapy.Results Positive drug group and HCPT high,medium and low-dose chemotherapy group all inhibit the mice models of H22（P0.05）,inhibition rate are 66.12%,60.26%,50.16%,30.94%,respectively.To compare with the model group,the mice living conditions（weight,reaction ability,and so on） have improved in the HCPT chemotherapy group.HCPT medium-dose group has protective effect on the liver and kidney function in mice;while HCPT high-dose group has irreversible damage to the liver and kidney function in mice.Conclusion High,medium and low doses of HCPT have different levels of inhibition on the H22 tumor models growth.
