HPLC测定湿毒清胶囊中苦参碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立湿毒清胶囊中苦参碱含量的HPLC测定法。方法 C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.02%三乙胺溶液(25:75),流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果测得线性范围0.300 2μg^2.401 6μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.79%,RSD为1.69%(n=5)。结论本方法简便可行,重现性好,结果可靠,可用于湿毒清胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Shiduqing capsule.Methods The separation was performed on a C18 analysis column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-triethylamine（25 ： 75）as the mobile phase.Flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The wavelength was 220 nm.Results There was a good linearity within the range of 0.300 2μg^2.401 6 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 97.79%,RSD=1.69%（n=5）.Conclusion This method was proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Shiduqing Capsule.
