摘　　要：随着社会的变革，医院的内、外环境已经发生了很大变化。服务对象、服务形式、医疗模式的变化，矛盾焦点的转移，以及医疗保障制度的改革、药事管理制度的改革、社区医疗体系重建都客观上要求医院工作作出相应的调整。进行内部结构调整、允许投资主体多元化、突出特色科室建设、注重形象塑造、参予社区医疗。Great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of hospitals in China as a result of social changes.Changes in healthcare objects,service form and medical mode,shift of focus of the contradictions,reforms in the medical security system and the medicine management system,and reestablishment of community medical setups all objectively require that corresponding readjustments be made in hospital work.Undertaking internal structure readjustment,permitting the presence of multi investors,giving priority to the construction of departments with special characteristics,laying emphasis on the creation of images,participating in community medical care and adopting computer network management are valuable explorations by hospitals to adapt to environmental changes.
