摘　　要：目的:总结在急性心肌梗死出现潜在及进展性泵功能不全时早期应用IABP治疗的临床经验。方法:对22例急性心肌梗死出现潜在及进展性泵功能不全患者早期进行IABP治疗的时机和效果进行分析。结果:全组病例恢复良好。结论:急性心肌梗死患者出现潜在及进展性泵功能不全时应尽快进行IABP治疗,在泵功能达到PCI指征后进行PCI手术有利于改善患者预后。Objective：Acute myocardial infarction occurs in the potential and progressive pump dysfunction during early application of IABP therapy clinical experience.Methods：22 patients with acute myocardial infarction and potentially progressive pump dysfunction in patients with early IABP timing and effect of treatment were analyzed.Results：All the patients recovered well.Conclusion：Patients with acute myocardial infarction and progress of the potential failure of the pump IABP should be treated as soon as possible,the pump function to PCI indication for PCI surgery will help to improve the prognosis of patients.
