数字化钛网成型在颅骨缺损修补术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化钛网成型在颅骨缺损修补术中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析21例颅骨缺损患者采用数字化钛网成型修复的临床资料。结果:21例修复效果均满意,外型对称美观,无手术并发症;术前颅骨缺损综合症得到明显改善。结论:采用数字化钛网成型进行颅骨缺损修补术,不仅能够完全达到符合生理解剖意义上的修补,而且塑形效果好,手术操作过程简洁,术后并发症少,患者的生活质量得到了显著提高,医患双方满意率高,极具推广及应用价值。Objective：To explore the value of digital forming of titanium mesh in the skull defect repair.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 21 cases of skull defects were treated with titanium mesh forming the digital restoration of the clinical data.Results：21 cases were satisfied with the repair effect,symmetrical appearance and beautiful,no operative complications;Preoperative skull syndrome has been markedly improved.Conclusion：Use of digital prototyping to titanium mesh repair of skull defects,not only to fully meet our sense of anatomy and physiology repair,but also the shaping effect,simple surgical operation,Fewer postoperative complications,quality of life of patients improved significantly,High rate of patient satisfaction of both parties,great promotion and application.
