衣袖约束套在神经内科应用的护理体会

摘　　要：约束带是临床上为防止高热、谵妄、昏迷、躁动或其他原因而导致患者坠床、创伤、抓伤和拔管等意外事件的发生,确保患者安全而使用的一种保护性用具。我科于2009年8月至2010年7月,对24名患者使用衣袖约束套,经临床观察,效果满意(p<0.05)。Constraint belt is a kind of protective tool to prevent high fever,delirium,coma,agitation,or other reasons which led to falling bed patients,trauma,scratches,and accidental extubation and other accidents.It can ensure patient safety.From August 2009 to July 2010,our department had a try on 24 patients with sleeves constraint belts by clinical observation.The result is satisfactory（P0.05）.
