双极射频联合红光治疗腹部脂肪堆积的疗效和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:评价双极射频联合红光、负压、机械按压治疗腹部脂肪堆积的临床疗效和安全性。方法:纳入2010年1月～2010年6月采用VelaShape治疗3次的受试者10例,治疗后1周随访观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果:所有受试者经过治疗后,5例受试者的躯干周径较治疗前,出现明显减少,受试者满意度调查显示1例特别满意,满意和较满意的受试者有4例,整个治疗过程并无严重不良反应发生。结论:双极射频联合红光、负压、机械按压治疗躯干脂肪堆积是一种具有确切疗效、安全的治疗策略。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety using combined bipolar radiofrequency,infrared light,vacuum and mechanical massage for treating flank subcutaneous fat deposits.Methods A total of ten subjects with flank subcutaneous fat deposits were treated by combined bipolar radiofrequency,infrared light,vacuum and mechanical massage three times from January to June,2010.After treatment,they were followed up to assess the clinical effect and adverse reaction.Results All subjects received the treatment by this device.After third treatment,reduction of abdominal circumference of five subjects was statistically significant.Subject satisfaction from the treatment was similar following the last treatment.And no adverse reactions occurred in all subjects.Conclusion Combined use of bipolar radiofrequency,infrared light,vacuum and mechanical massage is a safe,effective and very valuable strategy for treating flank subcutaneous fat deposits.
