摘　　要：目的:通过回顾性分析12例面颈部结核性损害的临床特点和误诊原因,探讨其临床特点,提高确诊率。方法:对收治的12例面颈部皮肤结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:面颈部皮肤结核好发于青壮年,农村发病率高。皮疹形态多样,易误诊误治,尤其易误诊为湿疹。结论:对病程长、发展缓慢的面颈部皮损,应借助组织病理学、结核菌检查、结核菌素试验排除皮肤结核。Objective By a retrospective analysis of clinical characteristics and misdiagnosis for 12 patients with facial and neck cutaneous tuberculosis,to investigate the clinical features of cutaneous tuberculosis,and to improve the diagnosis level.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with facial and neck cutaneous tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results The facial and neck cutaneous tuberculosis occurs easily in young adults,with a high incidence in rural areas.Because of varied rash shapes,it is easy to be misdiagnosed as other cutaneous diseases,particularly as eczema.Conclusion For the facial and neck lesions with long duration and slow development,the histopathology,TB examination,and tuberculin skin test should be used to help rule out the cutaneous tuberculosis.
