摘  要:目的:分析大学生痤疮与螨虫、痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌三种病原感染的相关性。方法:采集石河子大学中度、重度或重度集簇性颜面部痤疮患者样本55份,进行常规螨虫检查;根据痤疮丙酸杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌16S rRNA序列,对采集样本细菌培养物进行PCR检测;用SPASS软件分析三种病原感染患者在性别、地域上的相关性。结果:螨虫阳性率为23.63%(13/55),痤疮丙酸杆菌的阳性率为90.91%(50/55),金黄色葡萄球菌阳性率为72.73%(40/55)。螨虫感染率高低与大学生来源地(疆内外)有统计学差异,但与性别无相关性;痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌感染率高低与大学生来源地、性别无统计学差异。结论:痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、螨虫可能是中度、重度或重度集簇性痤疮患者的重要病原。Objective To analyse the relation between college students'acne and infection of demodicid mite,prpropionibacterium acne and staphylococcus areus.Methods 55 samples of middle severe acne,severe acne or severe cluster-acne were obtained from face of Shihezi University students.demodicid mite were detected by conventional method.According to 16S rRNA sequence of P.acne and S.areus,two pair primers were devised.The optimal PCR condition were screened out and employed in 55 samples.Weather the difference existed between 3 pathogen infection and some factors,including sex,weather of born-land by analysis of SPSS software.Results The positive rate of D.mite,P.acne and S.areus were 23.63%,90.91% and 72.73%,respectively.The significant difference existed between D.mite infection and born-land.Conclusion D.mite,P.acne and S.areus likely are important pathogens to the patients with middle severe acne,severe acne or severe cluster-acne.
