64排螺旋CT在骨关节骨折病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨64排螺旋CT检查及图像后处理在复杂、较小的骨关节诊断中的应用。方法:回顾分析我院70例骨折患者,对其X线片及CT后处理图像进行对比、观察。结果:70例患者中X线漏诊49例,可疑21例。结论:CT二、三维成像经过多方位、多旋转、去伪影等功能,能够发现在小关节及复杂关节中X线不确定及未发现的骨折。Objective：To discuss the diagnostic value of the 64-slice spiral CT reconstruction in the trauma of complex small bones and joints.Methods： 70 trauma patients were performed on 64-slice spiral CT and X-ray,compare the image and diagnostic of CT with that of X-ray.Results： 49 fracture cases missed diagnoses and 21 cases suspicious fracture in X-ray,but all cases were correctly diagnosed in CT.Conclusion： 64-slice spiral CT can be used with a variety of image post-processing technique for diagnostic,it can accurately find the fracture in complex small bones and joints that could not be found or determined in X-ray.
