摘 要:采用纳米电刷镀技术在(n-Al2O3/Ni)工作层上制备了In涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪观察和分析了In涂层在大气、真空、原子氧辐照、紫外线辐照后的表面、磨痕形貌及元素组成。利用真空摩擦磨损试验机分别完成了干摩擦条件下大气、真空、原子氧辐照及紫外线辐照四种环境下的摩擦磨损性能测试。结果表明:金属铟在常态下具有良好的化学稳定性,耐蚀性及固体润滑性。受原子氧和真空紫外线辐照的影响也较小。但利用纳米电刷镀技术制备的润滑涂层在高真空环境中,因放气造成致密度和表面光洁度变差,摩擦学性能较差。因此,只要通过适当的工艺手段,提高In镀层的成形质量,软金属In镀层在未来空间器械和装备上应有较好的应用前景。Making use of nano-electro-brush plating technology,the layer In was prepared on working lining.With scanning electron telescope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),surface,grinding crack pattern and elemental composition of In layer after exposed in air,in vacuum,atomic oxygen and ultraviolet radiation are analyzed.Vacuum friction and wear equipment model CZM was applied for testing tribological properties under dry friction condition in environments such as air,vacuum,atomic oxygen and vacuum ultraviolet radiation.Outcome shows in normal state,metal In has good chemic stability,erosion resistance and solid lubricity and the atomic oxygen and vacuum ultraviolet's effect on it is very limited.But the tribological properties of lubricant coating prepared with nano-electro-brush plating technology are poor because of degradation of density and superficial smoothness caused by air-bleeding.So as long as through proper process method and enhancing In layer's forming quality,soft metal In coating should have decent prosperity in future space equipments and arming.
