摘 要:在原针入度法的基础上研制了评价雾化钻井用井壁稳定剂的改进型针入度法测试装置( MD 评价装置),提出用受试岩心的针入度测定值表达的岩心水化膨胀抑制率Ip 作为指标,来评价雾化钻井用井壁稳定剂。本文报道的研究结果表明,此评价方法消除了液体雾化量对针入度测定结果的影响。In this paper a new laboratory evaluating method for wellbore stabilizers of air mist drilling is presented on the basis of needle penetration method and by using an improved experimental installation (apparatus MD) which permits better simulation of the behavior of air mist in drilling. A new parameter, inhibition rate for core hydration and swelling I p, is suggested for comparatively evaluating wellbore stabilizers used in air mist drilling and is shown to be more feasible and more accurate than the change in needle penetration does. The new method can eliminate the effects of the misted volume of experimental solution on the determinations of the change in needle penetration.
