3’,7-脱氢硫代对甲苯胺双磺酸钠合成工艺的研究

摘　　要：研究了以脱氢硫代对甲苯胺 7磺酸为原料 ,在溶剂中经磺化、中和制备 3 ,7脱氢硫代对甲苯胺双磺酸钠的方法。通过对主要影响因素温度、溶剂种类及用量、磺化剂种类及用量的研究 ,确定了较优的工艺条件 ,制得产品的纯度≥ 87% ,收率≥ 75%。The method of preparing 3,7dehydrothioptoluidine disulfonic acid from dehydrothioptoluidine7sulfonic acid in the presence of solvent by sulfonating and neutrlization was investigated. The main factor including temperature of reaction, solvent and sort of solvent, quantity of solvent and sulfonator was discussed. The results showed that the totol yield was more than 75% and purity of product was more than 87%.
