摘 要:目的:探讨低钾低分子右旋糖酐液预处理后,对油酸诱导的幼猪急性肺损伤模型中炎症因子质量浓度的影响。方法:10只幼猪随机分为2组,对照组5只幼猪肺内滴入0.1 mL/kg油酸诱导急性肺损伤,实验组5只油酸诱导前30 min自外周静脉滴入12.5 mL/kg低钾低分子右旋糖酐液。肺损伤出现后6 h处死动物。检测血浆和肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α、内皮素-1和白细胞介素-10水平。结果:实验组血浆中白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全身给予低钾低分子右旋糖酐液预处理后,对油酸诱导的幼猪急性肺损伤模型中某些炎症因子在血浆或肺组织中的水平有影响。Objective To assess the influence of low potassium dextran solution after preconditioning on levels of inflammatory factor in piglets with acute lung injury induced by oleic acid.Methods Ten healthy piglets with acute lung injury induced by instillation of 0.1 mL/kg oleic acid were randomly divided into two groups,control group(oleic acid induction only,n=5) and the experimental group(venous instillation of 12.5 mL/kg low potassium dextran solution 30 minutes before oleic acid administered,n=5).All the piglets were sacrificed 6 hours after acute lung injury and levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha,endothelin-1 and interleukin-10 in plasma and lung tissue were determined.Results The plasma concentration of interleukin-10 was higher in the experimental group than that in control group(P0.05).The level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha in lung tissue was higher in control group than that in the experimental group(P0.05).Conclusion The plasma level of interleukin-10 and the concentration of tumor necrosis factor-alpha in lung tissue could be influenced by premedication with systemic administration of low potassium dextran in oleic acid induced acute lung injury in piglets.
