摘　　要：目的:观察早产孕妇血中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(corticotropin-releasing hormone,CRH)的水平及其在早产中的作用。方法:正常妊娠者27例(正常妊娠组),先兆早产孕妇56例(先兆早产组),采用放射免疫法测定各组CRH水平,并进行比较。结果:CRH水平随妊娠周数增加而升高,至足月达高峰。先兆早产组CRH水平在妊娠≤37周均高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05),与正常妊娠组>37周的CRH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。早产组在妊娠各时期CRH水平均明显高于继续妊娠组。结论:CRH可能参与分娩发动,CRH异常升高可能与早产有关,监测孕妇血中CRH水平的变化有望作为先兆早产的预测和判断预后的指标。Objective To study the role of corticotropin-releasing hormone level in preterm labor.Methods The plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone levels in 27 case of normal pregnant and 56 case of preterm labor were measured with radioimmunology method.Results The plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone level in normal pregnant patients increased with gestational weeks,and reached the peak level at laboring.The plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone level in 37 pregnant weeks in patients with threatened premature labor was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant patients（P0.05）,and had no significant difference with that after 37 weeks in normal pregnant patients（P0.05）.The plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone level in premature labor was significantly higher than that in continuing pregnant patients.Conclusion The plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone may be involved in the onset of labor.The abnormal raise of plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone level is probably correlated with the premature labor.To monitor the plasma corticotropin-releasing hormone level in pregnant women is likely to be a marker for predicting premature labor and judging the prognosis.
