摘  要:目的:探讨采用乳酸杆菌活菌局部定植治疗残余创面的临床效果。方法:观察组30例残余创面清洁后乳酸杆菌活菌撒布创面,对照组35例常规聚维酮碘消毒换药。观察2组创面愈合情况、愈合时间及乳酸杆菌定植率。结果:观察组乳酸杆菌定植显效率为93%,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论:乳酸杆菌活菌定植法可抑制残余创面高致病性耐药细菌生长和定植,加速创面愈合,是一个安全,有效地治疗方法。Objective To investigate clinical healing effect of Lactobacillus on residual wound.Methods The observation group(n=30) was treated with Lactobacillus perfusing on the wounds.Control group(n=35) was treated with traditional povidone iodine washing and bandaging.The wound healing status,healing time and Lactobacillus colonization rate were observed.Results The effective rate of Lactobacillus colonization in observation group was 93%.The healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group.Conclusion Lactobacillus administration can inhibit the homo-pathogenicity drug-resistant bacteria colonization and growth on the residual wounds,and accelerate the recovery of residual wounds.It is a safe and effective method.
