摘  要:为改善锅炉效率并回收水分,利用加湿天然气烟气模拟褐煤锅炉排烟,通过布置在水平烟道中的错列光管水冷换热器进行冷凝换热,研究入口烟温维持在50℃-60℃时,烟气流速(3-8 m/s)、烟气中水蒸汽容积份额(4%-14%)、冷却水流量及流动方式等因素对高水蒸汽含量烟气冷凝液捕集率的影响,提出适用于电站的水分处理及回收利用技术。由试验结果分析得到,冷凝液捕集率随烟气流速降低、水蒸汽容积份额增大或冷却水流量的增大而增大。试验条件下的冷凝水捕集率最高可达52%。In order to improve boiler efficiency and recover water,the humidification flue gas is used to simulate exhaust gas of the brown coal boiler for studying the influence of gas velocity(3-8 m/s),steam volume portion(4 %-14 %),the flux and flow arrangement of cooling water on the collection efficiency of condensate water,when the gas inlet temperature is maintained between 50 ℃-60 ℃ during every experiment.Water tackling and recovering technology applied to power plants is introduced.The experiment was conducted on the heat exchangers with staggered,plain bank of tubes arranged in horizontal flue duct.The collection efficiency increases with the reduction of gas velocity,the increase of steam portion or the increase of cooling water flow rate.The maximum collection efficiency under the experimental condition can reach as high as 52 %.
