摘 要:以对甲基苯硫酚为原料,经过硝化、还原等反应合成4-甲基-2-氨基硫酚,研究了硝基还原成氨基的影响因素。当锌粉与硝基化合物的物质的量比为4∶1,乙醇与水的比例为7∶3、总体积为15 ml,温度为80℃时,产率为最高值76.2%。用5 mlρCo2+=1 194 mg/L的废旧锂离子电池浸出液进行螯合实验,螯合剂用量为0.25 g时的螯合率为98.5%;用1 mol/LHCl对螯合物进行解析,Co2+释放率为96.7%。P-thiophenol was used as raw material to synthesize 4-methyl-2-amino thiophenol through nitration reaction,reduction etc.,the influence factors of reducing nitryl into amino were studied.The maximum yield 76.2% was obtained under such conditions:the molar ratio of zinc powder to nitro-compound was 4∶1,the volume ratio of ethanol to water was 7∶3,the total volume of ethanol and water was 15 ml,the temperature was 80 ℃.The chelating experiment was processed with 5 ml leaching solution of spent Li-ion battery which ρCo2+=1 194 mg/L,the chelating ratio reached 98.5% when the mass of chelating agent was 0.25 g;adopted 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to desorption,the maximum release ratio of Co2+ was 96.7%.
