摘  要:为了提高传统表面式永磁同步电动机气隙磁场的正弦程度,降低永磁同步电动机的谐波影响并且使得表面式永磁同步电动机也能具有一定的自起动能力,提出一种分布磁体阵列调制式永磁同步电动机.转子铁芯表面磁极是由若干小磁块阵列构成的,阵列中小磁块的宽度、高度及磁块之间的间隔符合一种调制关系,合理设置转子与磁极的结构和位置,使产生的气隙磁场波形更加接近正弦波.利用调制后磁体阵列间剩余的空间设置起动绕组,产生异步感应电磁转矩,使表面式永磁同步电动机增添自起动功能.ANSOFT仿真分析和样机实验结果具有很好的一致性,说明所提出的改善表面式永磁同步电动机气隙磁场波形正弦化的方法是可行的,证明了自起动新方法和新结构的正确性和有效性.In order to improve the sinusoidal degree of the surface-mounted PMSM air-gap magnetic field waveform,reduce the harmonics effect of PMSM and ensure the self-starting ability of the surface-mounted PMSM,a magnet arrayed PMSM was presented.The surface magnetic pole of rotor core was composed of some small magnetic block array.The width and height of small magnetic blocks as well as the interval between arrayed magnets follow a modulation relationship.Through setting reasonably the structure and location of the rotor and magnetic poles,the generated air-gap magnetic field waveform is closer to sinusoidal wave.The remaining space between the magnet arrays after modulation was used to set the starting winding in order to generate the asynchronous torque and add the self-starting function of the surface-mounted PMSM.The ANSOFT simulation analysis has good consistency with the experiment results.It shows that the proposed method of improving the surface-mounted PMSM magnetic field waveform more sinusoidal is feasible,and the validity and efficiency of new self-starting method and structure are proved.
