摘 要:采煤机截割功率与牵引功率的合理匹配,直接影响到采煤机的牵引性能、生产能力和装机功率与生产率的比值。根据采煤机截割和牵引功率与整机参数、煤层条件的关系,导出了截割与牵引功率相关联的数学模型。在已知采煤机截割功率的基础上,给出了牵引功率等参数的计算方法,结合具体采煤机机型进行定量数值模拟,获得了截割与牵引功率的比值随不同工作参数变化的曲线。数值模拟反映了牵引速度随煤层倾角的变化规律和牵引速度的有效工作区域。这一方法对采煤机的选型、合理使用、功率等参数的设计有着理论和应用意义。The reasonable matching of cutting power and traction power has a direct effect on the traction performance,the production capacity,the ratio of installed power,and productivity.This paper describes the development of the mathematical model related to cutting and traction power according to the relationship between cutting power and traction power of shearer on the one hand and overall parameters and seam conditions on the other hand.The paper provides the method of calculating the parameters of traction power,based on the given cutting power of shearer,a quantitative numerical simulation,combined with the concrete shearer type,and the curves of ratios of cutting power and traction power varying with different working parameters.The numerical simulation shows that the values reflect the law varying with traction speeds and coal seam dip angles,the law of traction speeds varying with coal seam dip angles,and the effective work area of traction speeds.This method is of theoretical and practical for type selection,fair use of shearer and fair matching design of the parameters of traction power and so on.
