公立医院负债经营融资理财的思考

摘　　要：医院在政府筹资不足的前提下,为了发展,通过举债来筹措医院发展资金不失为一种良策。但在市场经济环境下,由于负债具有一定的风险性,负债到什么程度不会对医院发展产生恶性的负面影响,是医院管理者理财或进行资本融资必须认真思考的问题。To develop further,it is also good plan to operate in debt when the hospital is short of grant from government.However,it is an evitable issue that hospital leaders have to take seriouls is to what extend the hospital can operate in debt for the risk of operating in debt under the market environment.
