TCD在颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价经颅彩色多普勒(TCD)在颅内血管狭窄经皮血管成型并支架植入术后的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析接受经皮血管成型并支架植入术21例颅内血管狭窄的患者,应用TCD观察对比术前及术后1个月血流动力学变化。结果:21例与术前比Vs、Vm和Vd下降,PI值增高,RI值变化不大。结论:TCD是理想判断颅内动脉狭窄经皮血管成型并支架植入术后疗效及随访的检测方法。Objective：to evaluate the application value of TCD in Stent-supported Angioplasty and vascular moldling due to Intracranial Vascular Stenosis.Method：retropspective analysis of 21patients underwent stent-supported angioplasty and vascular molding and observed by TCD concerning hemodynamic changes 1 month after the surgery.Result：Vs,Vm and Vd of the 21 patients have decreased compared with those before surgery,PI increased,and RI remained stable.Conclusion：TCD is an ideal testing measures to evaluate the curative effects and follow-up visits of stant-supported angioplasty and vascular molding due to intracranial vascular stenosis.
