摘　　要：目的:探讨急性冠周炎患者即时拔牙的临床的疗效和安全性。方法:对48例急性冠周炎患者进行即时拔牙术并随访,观察病情缓解情况和并发症。结果:全部病例拔牙创口均愈合良好,术后2～3d炎症明显缓解,4～5d局部及全身症状完全消退。结论:采用急性冠周炎患者即时拔牙高效、快捷,安全可靠。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with acute pericoronitis immediate extraction.Methods： follow-up 48 patients with acute pericoronitis teeth extraction,and the complications observed in remission.Results： All patients tooth extraction wound healed well after 2～3 d significantly alleviate inflammation,4～5d of partial and systemic symptoms dissipated.Conclusions： Patients with acute pericoronitis immediate extraction is efficient,fast,safe and reliable.
