摘　　要：目的:观察自拟化瘀排石汤治疗输尿管结石临床疗效。方法:60例输尿管结石患者随机分为活血化瘀治疗组34例和清热利湿对照组26例,治疗60d,分别观察其疗效及主要症状起效和消失时间。结果:治疗组痊愈率70.6%,有效率94.1%,优于对照组(42.3%,69.2%),P<0.05;治疗组主要症状起效和消失时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用活血化瘀法治疗输尿管结石临床疗效满意。Objective：to observe the curative effect of soup for blood stasis and urinary calculus removal in treating ureteral calculus.Methods：60 patients with ureteral calculus were randomly divided into treatment group（34 patients） underwent blood stasis and urinary calculus removal and control group（26 patients） underwent heat and dampness clearance.After 60 days treatment,onset and disapearance time of main symptoms and curative effects were observed.Results：treatment group has cure rate of 70.6%,efficacy rate 94.1%,which are more favorable than those of the control group（42.3%,69.2%）,P0.05;main symptom onset and offset time of treatment group are more desirable than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of blood stasis and urinary calculus removal can achieve satisfactory curative effect in treating ureteral calculus.
