摘　　要：目的从免疫学角度探讨Th1及Th2型细胞的变化与子宫内膜异位症（EM）的关系。方法应用流式细胞技术检测40例EM及40例对照组外周血中Th1/Th2型细胞的百分比。结果 EM组外周血中,Th1型细胞较对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）;而Th2型细胞较对照组显著升高（P〈0.05）;EM组Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者外周血中,Th2型细胞明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者（P〈0.05）。结论 EM患者外周血中Th1型细胞明显减少,Th2型细胞明显增多,呈Th2优势漂移的现象,并且与疾病的分期相关,Th1/Th2型细胞模式失衡在EM的发病机制及疾病进展中可能具有重要的作用。Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of Th1/Th2 cells and endometriosis（EM）.Methods The percentages of Th1/Th2 cells in peripheral blood of 40 EM patients and those of 40 controls adults were detected by flow cytometry.Results The percentages of Th1 cells in peripheral blood of 40 EM patients were significantly lower than those of control adults（P0.05）,but the percentages of Th2 cells in peripheral blood of 40 EM patients were significantly higher than those of control adults（P0.05）.The percentages of Th2 cells of stage 3-4 EM patients were much higher than those of stage 1-2（P0.05）.Conclusion Th1 cells shift toward Th2 cells in patients with endometriosis.The changes of Th1/Th2 cells have also correlate with stage.Th1/Th2 cells balance disturbances might play the important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
