2007～2009年乌海市高危和重点人群HIV抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解乌海市艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染现状,为制定艾滋病防控措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2007～2009年乌海市性病门诊病人、自愿咨询检测门诊咨询者、性服务人员、戒毒所、劳教所及看守所羁押人员HIV抗体检测资料进行分析。[结果]2007～2009年合计检测5 583人,检出HIV抗体阳性者21例,阳性检出率为0.38%。HIV抗体阳性检出率,2007～2009年分别为0.34%、0.43%、0.38%;吸毒人员为0.36%,羁押人员为0.33%,性工作者为1.28%,性病门诊病人、自愿咨询检测者均为阴性。21例HIV阳性者中,男性占57.14%,18～49岁占85.71%,无业者占61.90%;外来人员占95.24%。[结论]乌海市艾滋病目前处于低流行态势,检出的HIV抗体阳性者绝大多数为外来人员。[Objective]To investigate the infection situation of HIV in Wuhai City,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.[Methods]Results of HIV antibody test among STD patients,VCT clinic clients,sex workers,drug addiction treatment center staff and labor camps and detention centers detained persons from 2007 to 2009 in Wuhai city.[Results]5 583 People from 2007 to 2009 were tested.21 Cases were detected HIV positive and the positive detection rate was 0.38%.From 2007 to 2009 the positive rate were respectively 0.34%,0.43% and 0.38%.Positive rate were 0.36% of drug users,0.33% of detention staff,1.28% of sex workers,0.00% of STD patients and VCT clinic clients.In 21 HIV positive people,males accounted for 57.1% of,18-49 age group accounted for 85.7%,unemployed people accounted for 61.90% and nonnative personnel accounted for 95.24%.[Conclusion]AIDS epidemic level is low in Wuhai city.The majority of HIV positive persons are nonnative persons.
