摘  要:深潜器耐压壳体是所有系统设备、管路及其附件的终端支撑基础。通过弹性支承作用于耐压壳体并以弹性波的形式向外辐射是系统振动噪声传递的主要途径之一。根据机械阻抗理论基础,通过有限元分析软件建模与仿真计算,对耐压壳体的机械阻抗特性进行研究,结果表明:在低频段,耐压壳体的机械阻抗值较低,通过壳体的振动噪声辐射严重;在高频段,机械阻抗值逐渐接近,振动噪声辐射趋于相等;此外,在靠近舱壁和肋骨处机械阻抗值得到加强。该分析为管路-弹性支撑-壳体基础等整个系统的动力学特性分析提供必要的原始数据和参数输入,同时,也为系统设计、工程安装等提供必要的理论指导。Deep diving vehicle pressure hull is the terminal supporting foundation of the equipments,pipeline and appurtenance of all systems.One of the main vibration and noise transfer path is that elastic wave radiates through pressure hull and elastic supporting.Based on mechanical impedance theory,the mechanical impedance of pressure hull is analyzed by modeling and simulation with finite element software.The results show that the values of mechanical impedance is lower and the radiation of vibration and noise is serious in low frequency region,the values of mechanical impedance is closer and the radiation of vibration and noise is nearly equal in high frequency region,and that the mechanical impedance is intensified at bulkhead and stiffeners of the deep diving vehicle hull system.The work provides the original data and parameters for the dynamic analysis of pipeline-elastic supporting-pressure hull system,and can be the theoretical direction of system design and engineering installation.
