摘  要:实验考察了CO2浓度、气体温度、气体湿度、气体流量、SAF含水量及堆密度等因素对单位质量SAF于5~20 min内吸附CO2量的影响。气体温度21.5~34.5℃、气体相对湿度60%~100%、SAF含水量75%~125%范围内,相同的吸附时间,吸附量变化很小;CO2浓度0.30%~0.70%、气体流量4~10 m3/h、堆密度0.1~0.2 g/cm3范围内,吸附相同的时间,吸附量变化较大。在核潜艇正常工况下,即100 kPa,温度27.5℃,相对湿度80%,取CO2浓度0.5%,气体流量7 m3/h,SAF含水量75%及堆密度0.20 g/cm3,吸附10 min时,SAF的吸附量约为27.4 g/kg。Factors,CO2 concentration,air temperature,relative humidity,flow rate,water contents and the bulk density of solid amine fiber(SAF),which may affect the sorption capacity of CO2 on SAF within 5~ 20 min,were studied.The differences among the sorption capacity in the same sorption period of time caused by the changes of conditions,air temperature 21.5~34.5 ℃,relative humidity 60%~100%,and water contents of SAF 75%~125%,can be ignored,whereas the difference caused by the changes of conditions,CO2 concentration 0.30%~0.70%,flow rate of air 4~10 m3/h and bulk density of SAF 0.1~0.2 g/cm 3,were significant.For the normal atmosphere of the nuclear-powered submarine,100 kPa,temperature 27.5 ℃,relative humidity 80%,and set the CO2 concentration 0.50%,flow rate of air 7 m3/h,water content 75%,bulk density 0.20 g/cm 3,the sorption capacity of SAF for 10 minutes was 27.4 g/kg.
