摘　　要：科学技术是国防科技发展的技术基础和物质保障,是保障国家安全、满足武器装备需要和促进国民经济发展与国家科技进步的重要支撑系统。深入了解美国海军科技的投资重点和发展战略,对于搞好我国船舶科技的发展有着重要的借鉴意义和启发作用。本文运用情报研究方法,通过大量的文献检索、查阅方法,研究分析了美国海军的舰船近中期发展计划、科技投入构成,认为美国舰船科技投入的基本思路是引领未来和支撑发展相结合,以面向未来为主,兼顾中期作战能力发展的需求,并为近期紧迫需求提供基础科学技术支持。Science and technology is the technical support and physical base for the development of national defense,the important support system for weapon system development.Science and technology can promote national economic development and technological progress.Understanding the US Navy science and technology investment,developing priorities and strategy will give us some inspirations to improve our science and technology development in shipbuilding industry.
