摘  要:双直线导路机构是一种在工程实际中比较常见的机构,在机械设计选型、机械自动化以及利用连杆机构代替导轨滑槽等方面有着广泛的应用,为了给双直线导路机构找到精确的双重鲍尔点,在参考鲍尔曲线图谱的基础上研究了鲍尔曲线自身的交点( 双重鲍尔点) 变化规律,提出了双重鲍尔点曲线,分析了双重鲍尔点曲线的变化规律,建立了双重鲍尔点曲线图谱。由于铰链四杆机构连杆平面上的双重鲍尔点在机构运动的一个周期内,可以实现两次直线轨迹,这样,就可以利用该图谱综合出在双重鲍尔点区内任意给定点位的双直线导路机构,同时更有意义的是利用该图谱首次解决了按给定导路夹角综合出双直线导路机构的问题,这种综合方法还具有直线导路精度高、求解迅速和便于应用的特点。Double straight-line guide-way mechanism is a general mechanism in project practice. It has popular usage in mechanic design, mechanic automation and replacement of guide-groove by crank. In order to find the precious double Ball point for double straight-line guide-way mechanism, the law of the intersection point of Ball curve itself varifies has been studied based on the Ball curve spectrum, and the double Ball point curve concept has been put forward, the law of double Ball point curve varifing has been analysed, then a spectrum of double Ball point curve has been obtained. Because in one circle of mechanic movement, the double Ball point on the pin joint four-bar mechanism plane can make two straight line traces the double straight-line guide-way mechanism for any given point which locates in the double. Ball point range can be synthesized based on the spectrum. Meanwhile it is more significant that the problem of synthesizing double straight-line guide-way mechanism according to given angle between guide ways has been solved first by using this spectrum. This method has properties of high precision of straight-line guide-way, high speed of problem solving and easy of use.
