摘  要:提出了一种能够实现现场多点多频率采样分析SCN^-的方法,用于检测焦化废水处理厂沿程水样中SCN^-的含量。研究结果表明,铁(Ⅲ)-硫氰化物分光光度法测试焦化废水中SCN^-具有迅速、灵敏和稳定等优点,方法的最低检出质量浓度为0.1mg·L^(-1),测定上限为34.8mg·L^(-1),测量误差小于2.6%。由于所提出的方法具有显色反应灵敏度高以及检测下限较低的特点,应用于经稀释处理后的焦化废水水样,可消除干扰显色反应离子成分的影响,获得较好的测试重现性及回收率,满足水样现场检测的精度要求。Quality control of the coking wastewater treatment requires real time monitoring and regulation of the concentrations of thiocyanate, since it is one of the major constituents of wastewater effluents. A method for multi-site and multi-frequency sampling and analysis was proposed for this purpose. Experimental results showed that the speetrophotometric method of ferric iron-thiocyanate complex had the advantages of rapid determination, high sensitivity and longterm stability in terms of its application for determining thiocyanate. This method had a lower detection limit of 0.1mg/L and an upper detection limit of 34.8mg/L. The measurement errors were small with deviances less than 2.6%. It was found to be applicable to the determination of thiocyanate contained in the diluted cokiug wastewater samples where the influence of other ions on color reaction could be eliminated. In such a case, a good repeatability and a high recover) rate were obtained.
